Who we are

Wiggin Studio is the trading name of Wiggin Partners Limited, based in Christchurch, New Zealand. You can reach us at david@wiggin.studio.

What we collect

Your website address and email, when you ask for a report.
Your business name, type and town, which we take from your website or from the link you clicked.
Anything you tell us when you reply to us or book a call.

Why we collect it

To make your free report and send it to you.
To follow up about your report, unless you ask us not to.
To provide our service, if you become a client.

We do not sell your details or share them for anyone else’s marketing.

How we make your report

We ask AI tools, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Google, the kinds of questions your customers ask. These questions use your business name, type and town, which are already public. We do not give these tools your email address.

Where it is kept

Your details are kept with the services we use to run the report, including Netlify (our website host), Google (our email) and Notion (our records). Some of these services store data outside New Zealand.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for up to two years after we last hear from you, or less if you ask us to delete them.

Your choices

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, or to correct them.
You can ask us to delete them.
You can stop our emails at any time by replying “stop” or using the unsubscribe link.

Email david@wiggin.studio and we will reply within 20 working days. If you are not happy with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we measure visits, we use a tool that does not use cookies or identify you.
